This Privacy Policy explains how Westover Digital LLC, operating Elsework (“Elsework,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information in connection with our website, communications, and product services.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, business name, email address, service area, and the content of messages you send us. When the product is used for business messaging, we may process customer names, mobile numbers, message content, appointment details, addresses, and related service information on behalf of a participating business.
Our website hosting provider may automatically receive technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested pages, and timestamps. This site does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising, or other third-party trackers.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, provide and improve the service, manage beta access, process customer communications and scheduling instructions on a participating business’s behalf, maintain safety and reliability, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Mobile information and messaging
We do not share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We may disclose mobile information to service providers that help us deliver messages and operate the service, subject to appropriate restrictions, or when required by law.
Message frequency varies based on appointment activity and the customer’s interaction with a participating business. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from messages sent by a participating business. Reply HELP for help or contact the participating business directly. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
How we disclose information
We may disclose information to vendors that provide infrastructure, messaging, hosting, security, and professional services; to a participating business whose conversation we process; in connection with a business transaction; or when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or address fraud and abuse. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including legal, operational, and security needs. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you provided directly to us, subject to applicable exceptions. Customers of a participating business should generally contact that business about service records. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
Children
Elsework is intended for businesses and their customers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product and legal requirements develop. We will post the updated version at this same URL and revise the effective date.
