These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern use of this website and the Elsework service, provided by Westover Digital LLC (“Elsework,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Product status

Elsework is currently offered as a beta service. Beta features may change as the product improves, and access may be limited, changed, suspended, or ended. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful informational and business-inquiry purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a manner that burdens the service, or use its content to misrepresent an affiliation with us.

Mobile messaging terms

When a participating service business uses Elsework, customers may receive conversational and transactional messages related to inquiries, appointments, confirmations, schedule changes, reminders, and service follow-up. Message frequency varies with appointment activity and customer interactions. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After an opt-out request, one confirmation message may be sent and no further messages will be sent unless the recipient later provides new consent. Reply HELP for help or contact the participating business directly. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Business responsibility

Participating businesses remain responsible for their services, customer relationships, business rules, appointment decisions, required licenses, and compliance with applicable laws. The agent is a support tool and may require review by the business. Businesses must provide accurate configuration and must not use the product to send unlawful, misleading, or unsolicited messages.

Intellectual property

The website, product design, text, graphics, and software are owned by or licensed to Elsework and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant rights to our names, marks, or technology except the limited right to use the site as described here.

Third-party services

The product may rely on third-party infrastructure, messaging, mapping, and hosting services. Their availability and terms may affect product operation. Elsework does not process payments; payment status is a manual record of payments made through external methods.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website and service are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, Elsework will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or service.

Changes and governing law

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version at this same URL. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
